Recommended foods:
Vegetables: lettuce, eggplant, cucumber, celery, cucumber, zucchini, carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, water chestnuts, soy sprouts, leeks, beet, spinach.
Carbohydrates: millet, barley, corn, wheat, oats, soybeans, wheat bran and oats
Preferred type of bread: rye
Fruits: watermelon, pear, banana, melon, mandarin, peach, bitters-lemon, grapes, persimmon, orange, strawberry, mango
Meat and fish: sea fish, crab
Preferred milk products: goat's milk, yogurt, quark, cow milk (in small quantities), almond milk, tofu
Fats: Olives, olive oil, sesame oil
Spices: salt, lotus root, mint, saffron, onion, mint, mint, nutmeg
Sweets: water + honey, eucalyptus
Drinks: water, apple juice, grape juice, mango juice, papaya juice, aloe Vera juice, Verbena tea, Louisa, banja, green Chinese tea, licorice tea, fresh cabbage juice
Particularly Recommended foods:
Seaweed, peas of all sorts, artichoke asparagus , cherries and pomegranates.
Cooking methods: cooking in water, steaming, baking, eating room temperature food, cooked or crushed fruit, soaking 1 cup rice full of 6 cups of water for 4 hours and drinking water.
Avoid:
Spicy foods
Smoked or heavily seasoned or spicy foods
Industrialized foods
Soft drinks, sugar, preservatives, food coloring, hard liquor,
Paprika, black pepper, mustard, nuts.
Avoid large amounts of red meat, turkey, lamb and beef.
Pickled vegetables with vinegar or salt
Recommendations
Avoid cold foods (from the fridge) and curb the consumption of raw foods.
